We are delighted to be able to FINALLY share the news, that lovely Jet has now been reunited with his human and feline family, after something of an adventure to say the least!! 😅
After somehow finding his way from where he lives in Hove, Jet turned up in Brighton, in Preston Park area. When we received his missing report, we were at first relieved, as we thought this was going to be a fairly straight forward reunion, as there had been several sightings of a lost looking Jet in preceding days… 🐾🐾
However, that was not to be the case, as a concerned couple, visiting Brighton last weekend, had found a lost looking cat wandering round Preston Park area, and not knowing the local vets or who Lost Cats Brighton were, ended up taking Jet with them in their campervan, back to Epping! 🙀 Thankfully, they saw our lost report the next day, got in touch and took Jet to their local vets, who have very kindly taken safe care of Jet, until his owner could travel up and collect him!
Jet’s owner would like to express his gratitude to all of our wonderful local cat caring community, who not only noticed Jet, sent alerts and photos to us and the various FB groups, but also spent hours searching for him, once they knew he was a lost boy, the caring visiting couple, who found him and the lovely staff at Pets at Home vets in Loughton, for taking care of him this week. He is now settling back home, where he belongs, with his brother, who has also been looking for him! Welcome back sweet boy! 🐈💞🐈
