Reunited cats

The cats listed on this pageΒ show those that we understand to have now been safelyΒ reunited with their owners.

Some will have come home by themselves and some will have been helped by our website.

These may include cats from the 'Found Cats' page - where an owner has been identified by a cat that was previously considered, by a member of the public, to have potentially been stray, as well as cats who had been listed by their owner on our 'Lost Cats' page and have since been located or returned home of their own accord.

Whatever the circumstance, the volunteers at Lost Cats Brighton wish them all a very hearty welcome home.

Reunited message

Missing 77 days πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰
We are absolutely delighted to share the news, that Whiskas, missing since the end of March, after he broke from his basket outside vets in Hangleton, has finally been found - in Worthing!! and last night reunited with his astonished and ecstatic owner! 😍😻
We are incredibly grateful to Hazel, the caring lady whose garden and home Whiskas has been visiting, Philippa, for all of the photos she sent us of her friend’s hungry unknown visitor, and to Libby, who spotted the photos in a Worthing Lost & Found cat FB group and sent us a message and screenshot - β€œIs this Whiskas??” πŸ€žπŸΌπŸ˜„
As soon as we saw the photos, we were sure this was Whiskas, he has such distinctive markings, so we contacted his owner and sent her the photos.
Hardly daring to believe it, after so many painful weeks of posters, online posts and late night searches, all the while trying not to lose hope that she and his sister Tinkerbell (who has missed him so much!), would ever see him again, last night Whiskas' owner drove to Worthing, armed with a cat basket and one of our microchip scanners, so that there could be no doubt, that this was her boy! πŸ™πŸΌ
Quite how he ended up in Worthing we will never know, but what we do know is, that it is thanks to the kindness and efforts of so many cat caring people, that lovely Whiskas, after 2 and a 1/2 months, is at last back where he belongs, with his overjoyed owner and sister, who he is thrilled to see again - she not quite yet! 😹
Welcome home Whiskas!! πŸ‘πŸˆβ€πŸˆπŸ’ž
