Name : Lester

Date Lost : 15 February 2010

Date Found : 16 February 2010

Days Missing : 1

Details : Little Lester has managed to get himself home but sadly badly injured from possibly being clipped by a passing car.

We received the following email today 25/02/10 to let us know how Lester is doing:

Pleased to say Lester is now home with me. His pelvis is fractured in two places, but he's hobbling about in his immobilisation cage, and looks forward to stretching out in the hallway when it gets cleaned every evening. His tail is going to be mostly or wholey amputated in two weeks, as it's broken, mostly unresponsive, and has a nasty split up the underside. But he's very happy to be home, full of purrs, and we're delighted he's such a little fighter and coming along so well. There's quite a way to go yet, but things are definitely looking a lot better. The night he came home injured, we thought we were going to lose him, and we're really grateful to the emergency vets at Coastways, and the PDSA for looking after him so well over the past week.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO SEND OUT HEALING THOUGHTS AND WISHES FOR LITTLE LESTER
